This is a quick placeholder while I build out my "craft sanctuary" of a website.
I had no public portfolio in June (the work is either under IP or outdated by now), so I decided to collect some:
The last three years have been a profound experience. I joined as a founding engineer and first hire, and grew into the CTO. We closed $145M+ in real-estate volume and rebated more than $4M to Canadian homeowners. Our answer to North America's commissions crisis was a .
In the last of those years I took on a much larger role: co-leading (unsuccessfully) our positioning, data-room preparation and fundraising to pivot into becoming a mortgage lender. All while still taking customer onboarding calls and shipping end-to-end features for the operating business.
